Hard Surface Modeling

Hard surface objects are anything man-made or constructed (AKA have hard surfaces).  They do not naturally exist in nature like organic models do.  Some examples are cars, robots, trains, and many other objects.  Hard surface modeling is important because, to be able to model anything that you would see with a hard surface in real life, you need to understand how to create it and what exactly it is made up of.  My reference photos for my hard surface modeling project are below:

Food Project: Challenges

My biggest challenge while making my food project was all the little details.  "Little Details" as in making sure everything is up to my level of perfection.  All the textures, making sure the objects look realistic, having everything I want in the composition... and many more.  Something else that added into the challenge was that I started late.  I had to wait for the donut project to render and then Blender at home did not work.  Plus, my orange juice glass did not want to fill for about three classes straight. (-_-) But!  Thankfully, I overcame all of these problems and challenges and I can now happily say.... I'M FINISHED!! :D

Please excuse the white dots... I tried to make them go away but they just wouldn't.
